Migration to Typical Manager 2026 is only supported from Typical Manager 2025 version 5.4.2517.0 or newer. This article explains how to check your current version and what to do if you are on an older build.

To ensure a controlled and supported migration process, Yellax only supports migration to Typical Manager 2026 from specific Typical Manager 2025 builds.


The requirement: Migration is only supported from Typical Manager 2025 version 5.4.2517.0 or newer.


What to do if you are on an older 2025 build
If your current Typical Manager 2025 version is older than 5.4.2517.0, you must:

  1. Install the latest supported version of Typical Manager 2025.
  2. Complete that migration step fully.
  3. Only then proceed with the migration to Typical Manager 2026.


What to do if you are on an even earlier Typical Manager version
Migrations to Typical Manager 2026 from versions earlier than Typical Manager 2025 are not supported. You will need to migrate step-by-step through the supported path first:

  • 2024 → 2024.1 (see Folder 2)
  • 2024.1 → 2025 (see Folder 3)
  • 2025 (v5.4.2517.0 or newer) → 2026 (this folder)


How to check your current Typical Manager 2025 version
