Function	Description
Engineering	The timeout set on the executions of the queries of the Engineering pages is now configurable in `app.config`.

Function	Description
Update database	In rare cases when updating an old Typical Manager database, update step `5.2.2315.1` to `5.2.2315.2` could fail. This has been solved by a migration script.
Sync BeeFinity articles	Syncing existing BeeFinity articles resulted in errors. These have been resolved.

Function	Description
Circular reference message	The moments when the circular reference message was confusing have been improved. The message itself has also been changed.

Function	Description
Product Attribute Relation	Long header names were partially visible, and no text wrap was applied.

Bug fix – Project

Function	Description
Project Structure, New Product	In specific scenarios, an exception was thrown when adding a Product with Sub-Products in Project Structure.
Project View	In specific scenarios, loading the project view in Comprehensive mode was no longer possible. This has been resolved.
Reports	The report filtering Project → Active was not working properly anymore, resulting in long waiting time.

Bug fix – Library

Function	Description
Products	The selected ValueSet could be changed in a sub-Product, but selection must only be supported on Main Product level.
I/O Symbolic	Opening the I/O Symbolic screen was slow for 50+ records. Added a Refresh button in the "In Used" header to update images.
I/O Symbolic	In the grid, the "In Used" image was not shown.
Value set	In the grid, the "In Used" image was not shown.

Bug fix – Project

Function	Description
Project Structure	Opening the ValueSet dialog via Product details did not show the correct column of Manufacturing Group. In specific cases, adding a source to an Interface could lead to an error.
Engineering	Opening the Engineering view without having the entire license set could result in a tab page with no loaded data, or an object reference error.

Bug fix – Library

Function	Description
Articles	It was not possible to import new Articles.
Product	Opening Product Configuration with I/O was slow.
Attribute groups	It was not possible to create new Attribute groups.

Bug fix – Project

Function	Description
Engineering	Missing IO module lines in grid for Filter and for All option. Activating/deactivating ValueSets of modules was executed on its definition.
Project	Setting Project Specifications was only possible for the active project.

Function	Description
AutoCAD	Not allowed Selection list values were generated to AutoCAD.
Hardware Structure	Open Hardware Structure was slow. (#19824)

New feature – General

Function	Description
Source Attributes	All Attribute Relation values are, when present, placed in the Source Attribute of the Relationship. For more information, see the Typical Manager 2024.1 Migration document article.

New feature – Library

Function	Description
Enabled Attributes Switch	Company Standard has two Product Configuration modes: Standard (default) and Comprehensive. Read the What's New article for more information.

Changed feature – Library

Function	Description
Attribute relations	A warning message is displayed when the Allowed values of an Attribute in a relation are changed. This also occurs when the type of an Attribute relation is modified, provided that at least one of the Attributes in the relation is being used in the Product configuration.
Attribute relations	When setting the source Attribute of an Attribute relation, the value of the source Attribute is automatically assigned within the relation everywhere the Product with its Attributes is used.

New feature – Project

Function	Description
Electrical Panel	Import/Export Typical X, Y positioning coordinates to easily adjust many positions via Excel.
Project structure	Manually modify X and Y position of Typicals.
Determine selected state of Product items	Increments have been implemented to improve the determination of the selected state of Product items, making it faster, consuming less memory, and requiring less storage in the database.
Projects	Project overview contains new columns with Project view and Activity info.
Dashboard	New Dashboard added giving insights into Remaining Typicals and I/O Tasks. It is possible to keep dashboards open while navigating to other screens. It is also possible to refresh the data when the Project view is updated.
Project view	To easily track items with status changes since the last Project view update, a log grid has been added.
Project view	Added the functionality to export the Project view change log to an Excel file.

Changed feature – Project

Function	Description
I/O Panel	Hardware products are shown in a level structure.

Bug fix – General

Function	Description
UserSettings	The user settings for multiple screens have been enhanced, resulting in better restoration of column widths and positions.
Import/export popup	The default sorting was not working in import/export popups.

Bug fix – Project

Function	Description
Project structure	Directly assigning a value to a number Selection list could, in some cases, lead to unexpected behavior. This issue has now been resolved.
